Embroidery, engraving and printing placement may vary slightly due to the handmade production process.

These characteristics are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

SECTION 3 – PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Many of our products are embroidered, engraved, printed or otherwise personalised to order.

By placing an order for a personalised item you confirm that:

All names, wording, dates and spellings are correct.
Any uploaded artwork, photographs or logos belong to you or you have permission to use them.
You have carefully reviewed your order before completing your purchase.

Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot normally be amended or cancelled.

Etch & Ember Studio cannot accept responsibility for:

Customer spelling mistakes
Incorrect dates
Incorrect wording
Uploaded images supplied by the customer
Customer-approved artwork

If we make an error during production, we will happily replace or refund your item in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders are only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including but not limited to:

Pricing errors
Stock availability
Suspected fraudulent activity
Incorrect product information

If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.
