Somewhere along the way, the story of Andy Dufresne’s escape from Shawshank seems to have become… slightly muddled.
Our Shawshank Redemption Vintage Twist Tee reimagines that unforgettable moment of freedom with a rather unexpected corps de ballet joining the celebrations. Andy might have crawled through a river of filth, but apparently he came out the other side in the middle of Swan Lake.
The artwork is presented inside a distressed vintage film frame, complete with aged textures, scratches, old film-style detailing and our Etch & Ember Studio stamp. The result looks like a strange piece of cinematic evidence recovered from an archive where somebody has definitely filed the wrong photograph.
